What You'll Do Provide overall leadership and direction for facility operations Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and resident-centered care Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations Lead department heads and develop future leaders within the organization Monitor quality measures, survey readiness, and clinical outcomes Manage financial performance, budgets, and operational goals Support census growth and community outreach efforts Build strong relationships with residents, families, physicians, hospitals, and referral partners Recruit, retain, and engage high-performing team members Partner closely with the Director of Nursing and interdisciplinary team to achieve outstanding results What We're Looking For Current Arkansas Nursing Home Administrator License (LNHA) Skilled Nursing Facility leadership experience preferred Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and survey processes Proven ability to lead teams and build a positive workplace culture Experience managing budgets, labor, and operational performance Excellent communication and relationship-building skills A servant leader who leads by example and is visible throughout the building The Ideal Candidate You are not the type of leader who manages from behind a desk.
