Role:
As our Regional Nursing Home Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the operations of our nursing homes in a specific geographic area. You will provide strategic direction, ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, and foster a culture of quality care and resident satisfaction.
Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
MBA or Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Long-Term Care Administration, or a related field (preferred) Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the skilled nursing industry with at least 2 years in a regional or multi-facility management role.
