Role:
As our Regional Nursing Home Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the operations of our nursing homes in a specific geographic area. You will provide strategic direction, ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, and foster a culture of quality care and resident satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Provide strong, effective leadership for assigned nursing homes Oversee all aspects of daily operations, including resident care, staff management, and financial performance Develop and implement strategic plans to ensure quality care and resident satisfaction Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations Manage budgets and financial resources effectively Recruit, hire, and develop a talented and dedicated team Foster a positive and collaborative work environment Build strong relationships with residents, families, and community partners
Qualifications:
MBA or Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Long-Term Care Administration, or a related field (preferred) Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the skilled nursing industry with at least 2 years in a regional or multi-facility management role. Proven track record of success in improving quality care and resident outcomes Strong financial acumen and budgeting experience Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills Ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with all levels of staff Current license as a
