Responsibilities Oversee the day-to-day operations of the home care practice, including clinical workflows, administrative tasks, and staff management. Manage fiscal responsibilities such as budgeting, financial management, billing processes, and resource allocation to ensure financial sustainability. Supervise healthcare staff including nurses, medical administrative support personnel, and other team members to promote high-quality patient care and efficient team performance. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations such as
HIPAA, JCAHO
standards, health regulation policies, and managed care requirements. Implement human resources practices including staff training, performance evaluations, and managing team communication to foster a positive work environment. Skills Strong fiscal management skills including budgeting, financial oversight, and billing processes specific to healthcare practices. Proven supervising experience managing healthcare teams within clinical or home care settings. Knowledge of healthcare regulation policies including HIPAA compliance and JCAHO standards.
