  • Full-time Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate House Lead / Assistance Manager to oversee daily operations within our senior living or care facility.
This pivotal role combines leadership, administrative oversight, and direct resident care to ensure a safe, comfortable, and engaging environment for residents. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in long-term care settings, including nursing home or assisted living environments, with a strong focus on dementia and memory care. As a key team member, you will coordinate care plans, supervise staff, ensure compliance with health regulations, and foster a warm community atmosphere that promotes residents' well-being and dignity. Responsibilities Lead and supervise care staff to deliver high-quality resident-centered services, ensuring adherence to care plans and regulatory standards Oversee daily operations of the facility, including staffing schedules, medication administration, and resident activities Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop, implement, and update individualized care plans for residents with Alzheimer's disease, dementia, or other cognitive impairments Ensure compliance with long-term care regulations and health policies by maintaining accurate documentation and conducting regular audits Manage facility administration tasks such as budgeting, financial management, and resource allocation using Microsoft Office tools Support residents' social needs by coordinating community engagement activities and ensuring a respectful environment for individuals with disabilities or developmental disabilities Assist in training staff on best practices in senior care, memory care techniques, medication management, and safety protocols Qualifications Proven experience in nursing home administration or assisted living management, with a strong background in long-term care settings Extensive knowledge of dementia care, Alzheimer's support strategies, and memory care best practices Demonstrated leadership skills with experience managing teams in healthcare or residential care environments Familiarity with health regulation policies related to long-term care facilities and compliance standards Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications for documentation and administrative tasks Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or disabilities services is a plus Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively Certification or licensing in nursing or healthcare management preferred but not required Join us to make a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors by leading compassionate care initiatives while advancing your career in a supportive and energetic environment.
