Full Job Description Group Home Manager Pay:

$17.20-$18.00/hour | Full-Time ❤ Lead with Compassion. Make a Difference. We're looking for a dependable, compassionate, and organized Group Home Manager to oversee the daily operations of a residential home serving individuals with developmental disabilities. If you're a natural leader who enjoys helping others and creating a positive home environment, we'd love to meet you! What You'll Do Oversee daily group home operations and resident care. Support residents with daily living activities and promote independence. Lead and support Direct Care Professionals. Maintain resident records and required documentation. Administer medications according to training and policy. Communicate with families, healthcare providers, and support teams. Transport residents to appointments, day programs, and community activities. Respond to emergencies and help ensure resident safety. Stay available by phone to support staff and communicate with management. What You Bring High school diploma or equivalent required. Experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities preferred. Valid driver's license, good driving record, and reliable vehicle required. Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Reliable, responsible, and compassionate. Ability to pass required background checks and screenings. Physical Requirements Ability to assist with lifting and resident transfers as needed. Ability to remain active and on your feet throughout the shift.
