Manage With Impact. AIRES is seeking a dedicated and experienced Group Home Manager to oversee residential services for adults with developmental disabilities. This is a leadership role responsible for program quality, staff supervision, regulatory compliance, and ensuring the individuals we support receive exceptional care. Position Overview The Group Home Manager provides day-to-day oversight of assigned residential programs. This includes supervising Direct Support Professionals, ensuring regulatory compliance, maintaining documentation standards, managing scheduling, and fostering a safe, respectful home environment. You will serve as the primary leader for your assigned home(s), modeling professionalism, accountability, and person-centered values.
