Full-Time The Opportunity A well-established skilled nursing facility is seeking an experienced Nursing Home Administrator to lead its operations. This is a confidential search, and we welcome candidates from outside the region who are ready to relocate to Tucson, Arizona. Relocation assistance is available for the right candidate. The Role As Administrator, you'll oversee day-to-day operations, ensure regulatory compliance, drive quality resident care, and lead a dedicated clinical and administrative team. What You'll Do Provide overall leadership and management of facility operations Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and licensing standards Oversee budgets, staffing, census, and financial performance Foster a culture of resident-centered, high-quality care Build and lead a strong interdisciplinary leadership team Serve as a liaison with residents, families, staff, and regulatory agencies What We're Looking For Active Arizona Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) license, or eligibility to obtain Arizona licensure (including reciprocity for licensed administrators from other states) Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field Prior experience as a Nursing Home Administrator or in skilled nursing leadership preferred Strong knowledge of long-term care operations, compliance, and reimbursement Excellent leadership, communication, and financial management skills Willingness and readiness to relocate to Tucson, AZ What We Offer Competitive compensation based on experience Relocation assistance Comprehensive benefits package A supportive, growth-oriented environment The opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a welcoming community
