The administrator leads the skilled nursing facility on campus, reports to the Associate Executive Director, and directly supervises the Director of Nursing. This is a permanent, full-time executive role that has been covered by senior leadership while the organization waited for the right time to hire. The board is now ready, and they want an experienced California NHA who can own the facility, keep quality ratings strong, and lead the team through the next annual state survey in spring 2027. What you will do

Serve as the licensed administrator of record for the skilled nursing facility
Own regulatory compliance, survey readiness, and Title 22 and CMS requirements
Lead and develop the Director of Nursing and department heads
Manage facility operations, budget, census, and resident and family relations
Partner with the executive team and board on quality and strategic goals What we are looking for
Active California Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) license
5 or more years of experience as an NHA in a California skilled nursing facility
Track record of strong annual surveys and quality ratings
Experience in a life plan community or CCRC setting is a plus
Steady, experienced leadership style and strong people management skills Compensation and details
Salary range $180,000 to $200,000 depending on experience, plus a full benefits package
