You'll find opportunities to develop your skills and your career. As the Resident Services Director, your ultimate responsibility is to deliver the Tenfold lifestyle to our residents every day.
Other primary responsibilities include:
Ensure accurate and timely resident assessments, and prepare or approve all resident services care plans, so that residents reliably receive the care they need when they need it Direct and supervise resident care by hiring, managing, scheduling and mentoring compassionate and competent resident care team members and, in collaboration with the Harbor Director, dementia care team members Consistently utilize and monitor eHR (electronic medical records), medication management and other clinic systems to ensure resident care is accurately tracked and delivered consistently with each resident's care plan Educate and train all care team members on eHR, medication management and other clinic systems to deliver consistent, quality care to all residents Responsible for maintaining regulatory compliance with all applicable agencies on all matters related to all resident care and safety Coordinate and communicate resident care needs with residents, families and residents' medical professionals in a timely, transparent, and empathetic manner Deliver on the Tenfold promise, creating and supporting in community and environment that allows residents to build their best lives through choice and support autonomy
Requirements:
Team Leader Position:
This position is a team leader (i.e., department manager) and more than half of the individual's actual time will be devoted to supervising more than two other team members on a regular basis. The individual is responsible for exercising discretion and judgment, with authority to make decisions on matters relating to resident care. However, as in any team, it's imperative that this team leader fluidly communicate with other team leaders and the Executive Director on all matters of importance. The responsibilities of this position require that the individual remain accessible and on-call to address emergent issue related to resident care and will be required to periodically work evenings and weekends.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or higher, preferred 5-7 years of experience leading a team of licensed or unlicensed caregivers Experience interacting with and deeply relating to seniors Meets all applicable licensing and background requirements Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Alignment with Tenfold core values: curiosity, creativity, resilience, compassion, intention and contribution Willing and available to work evenings and weekends to support the resident services team, as needed
