Job Description

Principal Responsibilities and Duties:
2 years of Administrator experience within a long-term care facility required. Serves as liaison between Governing Body and Facility Personnel Implementing performance improvement initiatives to ensure that residents are continuously improving Directing and monitoring compliance with federal and state regulations and laws Coordinating compliance with established policies and procedures' Maintaining strong positive relationships with resident, families, personnel, physicians, and the community Allocating resources to effectively carry out facility programs Recruiting, hiring, and training competent and committed staff Fostering cooperative rapport with and between departments fostering the importance of each staff member's contributions to the facility Positioning the facility to operate in a successful manner
Qualifications:
Current licensure in the state in which practicing Bachelor's degree minimum Ability to implement facility philosophy of care Current knowledge of local, state, and federal guidelines and regulations Maintain neat, well-groomed, and professional appearance Dependability Strong skills in communication, management, organization, problem solving Understanding of standard financial statements Strong computer skills
