Denver, CO Job Details Part-time $26 - $28 an hour 17 hours ago Qualifications Nursing policy compliance Caregiving documentation requirements Medication safety procedure implementation Safety regulations Nursing Diploma Care documentation Emergency procedures Healthcare infection prevention and control expertise Nursing procedure compliance Patient treatment Emergency care Full Job Description The Resident Care Manager performs resident health assessments; provides training/oversight to staff for medication supervision, monitors the status of resident general conditions, as allowed by regulation; coordinates resident care with third-party providers such as physicians and home health agencies and companion services in conjunction with the family.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities :
Provides care following established nursing service objectives and standards Ensures that all safety and infection control practices are followed Distributes and documents medications (including narcotics) according to established standards and regulations Responds to emergency situations Ensures that required documentation is complete and is in compliance with regulations and standards Communicates with resident and families regarding treatment and care Attends all staff meetings, trainings, and educational classes as required Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications & Physical Requirements :

Education & Experience :
Diploma in Nursing at a minimum Current nursing (RN/LPN/LVN) licensure issued by appropriate state licensing agency Two years of relevant experience required At least one certification from an accredited organization (or is actively pursuing certification) This job description is intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by the employee in this position.
