Implement quality assurance initiatives aimed at continuous improvement in resident care outcomes and operational excellence. Requirements Proven experience in nursing home administration or senior care management with a strong background in long-term care operations. Extensive knowledge of assisted living environments, memory care strategies—including Alzheimer's and dementia care—and home & community-based services. Demonstrated leadership skills with supervisory experience managing multidisciplinary teams in a healthcare or group home setting. Familiarity with developing care plans that address complex needs such as developmental disabilities or mental health conditions. Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, resource management, and regulatory compliance related to retirement homes or nursing facilities. Excellent communication skills for engaging residents' families, staff members, healthcare providers, and community partners effectively. Ability to handle medication administration oversight responsibly while maintaining strict adherence to safety standards. Knowledge of social work principles as they relate to elder advocacy and resident rights is preferred. Join us as we create a vibrant environment where seniors thrive!
