NURSING HOME ADMINISTRATOR - LNHA
Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead the overall operations of our skilled nursing facility. The Nursing Home Administrator LNHA is responsible for ensuring the highest level of care for residents, maintaining regulatory compliance, driving census growth, and fostering a strong, positive culture for staff and residents alike.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide executive leadership and oversight of all facility operations Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations Drive census development and maintain strong referral relationships Oversee financial performance, budgeting, and cost controls Partner with clinical leadership to ensure high-quality resident care and outcomes Lead survey readiness efforts and manage state/federal surveys Recruit, develop, and retain high-performing department leaders and staff Promote a culture of accountability, teamwork, and resident-centered care Maintain strong relationships with residents, families, and community stakeholders
Qualifications:
Current Nursing Home Administrator license in CT Minimum of 2 years' experience in long-term care leadership Proven track record of operational success, census growth, and regulatory compliance Strong financial acumen and budget management experience Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
