What You'll Do As Executive Director, you will serve as the leader of the community, responsible for overseeing operations, team development, resident satisfaction, occupancy growth, regulatory compliance, and financial performance.

You'll:

Inspire, coach, and develop department leaders and team members Create a positive, engaging workplace culture where employees feel valued Drive resident and family satisfaction through exceptional service Lead occupancy, marketing, and community outreach initiatives Ensure compliance with state regulations and company standards Manage budgets, financial performance, and operational efficiency Foster strong relationships with residents, families, referral sources, and community partners Champion safety, quality, and operational excellence across all departments Build an environment where residents can live with dignity, purpose, and joy The Ideal Candidate We're looking for a leader who combines strong business acumen with genuine compassion. You may be a great fit if you: Have senior living, healthcare, hospitality, or multi-department leadership experience Are passionate about serving older adults and their families Have a proven track record of building and leading successful teams Understand financial management, budgeting, and occupancy growth Are a confident decision-maker who remains calm under pressure Have excellent communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills Lead with accountability while inspiring others to succeed Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Gerontology, or related field preferred. Minimum of three years of leadership experience in senior living, healthcare, hospitality, or a related industry preferred Administrator License (where required by state regulations) Valid driver's license and reliable transportation CPR and First Aid Certification or ability to obtain What Success Looks Like A successful
