Responsibilities:

Manage and supervise a team of caregivers, including interviewing, hiring, scheduling, and training Ensure exceptional client satisfaction through regular onsite visits and phone calls Participate in skills training and take on a leadership role within the organization Cover and work shifts as needed to ensure seamless client care Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, and healthcare professionals Stay up-to-date on industry developments and best practices in caregiving

Requirements:

Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) with over 3 years of experience in caregiving Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills Ability to multitask and prioritize duties effectively Flexibility and reliability with reliable transportation Motivated and eager to learn and take on a leadership role
