The Opportunity We are seeking an accomplished and visionary Executive Director to oversee a thriving senior living community offering Independent Living, Assisted Living, Personal Care, and Memory Care services. The successful candidate will provide strategic and operational leadership while cultivating a culture of excellence, accountability, compassion, and resident-centered care. This position is ideally suited for a leader who is passionate about enhancing the resident experience, developing high-performing teams, and driving sustainable operational success within a supportive and forward-thinking organization. Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive leadership and oversight of all daily community operations across Independent Living, Assisted Living, Personal Care, and Memory Care services Drive and maintain strong occupancy performance, consistently achieving targets between 90
  • 98% Ensure full compliance with all state regulations, licensing requirements, and internal quality assurance standards Lead, mentor, and inspire multidisciplinary clinical and operational teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, respect, and continuous improvement Champion an exceptional resident and family experience while upholding the community's outstanding reputation for care and service excellence Partner closely with senior leadership to support strategic initiatives, operational growth, and organizational success Candidate Profile The ideal candidate will possess: 3-4 years of proven leadership success as an Executive Director within the senior living industry Extensive experience overseeing Independent Living, Assisted Living, Personal Care, and Memory Care environments Strong operational expertise combined with a sound clinical understanding A demonstrated track record of driving occupancy growth, operational excellence, and superior resident outcomes Exceptional interpersonal, leadership, and team development capabilities Why Join This Organization?
