Maintain accurate documentation using Microsoft Office tools for resident records, incident reports, staffing schedules, and regulatory compliance reports. Foster a positive environment that promotes resident engagement, staff development, and community involvement. Skills Extensive nursing home experience with a strong background in senior living facilities and assisted living environments. Proven management skills with supervisory experience in residential or long-term care settings. Deep knowledge of dementia care, Alzheimer's care, memory care strategies, and resident-centered approaches. Familiarity with long-term care regulations, health policy compliance, and disability services standards. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications for documentation and reporting purposes. Strong leadership qualities with the ability to manage diverse teams effectively while maintaining high morale.
