Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager of Assisted Living Facility (ALF) to lead and oversee daily operations, ensuring the delivery of exceptional resident care while maintaining compliance with health regulations and industry standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive experience in long-term and senior care environments, and a passion for enhancing residents' quality of life. Responsibilities Lead and supervise care facility teams, including nursing staff, caregivers, and administrative personnel, to ensure high-quality resident care and operational efficiency. Develop, implement, and monitor personalized care plans tailored to residents' needs, including Alzheimer's, dementia, memory care, and developmental disabilities. Ensure compliance with long-term care regulations, health policies, and safety standards across all facility operations. Oversee medication administration processes in accordance with healthcare regulations and best practices. Manage healthcare financials including budgeting, financial management, and resource allocation to sustain operational excellence. Maintain accurate documentation using Microsoft Office tools for resident records, incident reports, staffing schedules, and regulatory compliance reports. Foster a positive environment that promotes resident engagement, staff development, and community involvement. Skills Extensive nursing home experience with a strong background in senior living facilities and assisted living environments. Proven management skills with supervisory experience in residential or long-term care settings. Deep knowledge of dementia care, Alzheimer's care, memory care strategies, and resident-centered approaches. Familiarity with long-term care regulations, health policy compliance, and disability services standards. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications for documentation and reporting purposes. Strong leadership qualities with the ability to manage diverse teams effectively while maintaining high morale. Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or in home & community care settings is highly desirable. Marketing is required to maintain this position.
