"Coming soon a group home that cares" represents Heartwell Homes' promise to its community. Role Description The House Manager role is a full-time, on-site position located in Plant City, FL. Responsibilities include managing daily operations of the group home, supervising and supporting staff, ensuring the well-being of residents, and maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming living environment. This role also involves coordinating resident activities, assisting with meal preparation, overseeing training for team members, and fostering positive communication between staff, residents, and their families. Qualifications

• Strong Supervisory Skills to effectively manage and support staff in a group home setting Excellent Communication capabilities to liaise with staff, residents, and families
• Experience with Training team members to deliver high-quality care and meet professional standards
• A focus on Customer Satisfaction to ensure excellent service and care for all residents Basic Cooking skills to assist with meal preparation and planning
• Empathy, patience, and the ability to work with diverse individuals in a caregiving environment High school diploma or equivalent required;

Pay:

$50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
