Experience Proven management experience within disability services or residential care homes with a focus on adults with disabilities. Extensive nursing home experience or nursing leadership background preferred; familiarity with long-term care administration essential. Demonstrated expertise in Alzheimer's care, dementia care, memory support programs, and resident-centered approaches. Strong knowledge of health regulation policies related to long-term care facilities and assisted living environments. Supervising experience managing multidisciplinary teams in healthcare or home & community care settings. Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or complex health needs such as dementia or memory impairment. Competence in healthcare financial management including budgeting, financial acumen, and resource allocation. Familiarity with home & community care practices as well as residential care home operations is highly desirable.
