Supervise nursing leadership and care teams to promote high-quality resident services and staff engagement. Oversee medication administration processes, ensuring safety protocols are followed meticulously. Manage budgets, financial reporting, and resource allocation to optimize facility performance. Foster positive relationships with residents' families and community partners to enhance resident well-being and satisfaction. Utilize Microsoft Office tools for documentation, reporting, scheduling, and communication purposes. Lead efforts in disability services coordination and home & community care initiatives to support residents' independence. Maintain thorough knowledge of healthcare financial management practices within a long-term care setting. Qualifications Valid Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) license required; extensive experience in nursing home administration preferred. Proven management experience within senior living facilities or long-term care environments. Strong knowledge of long-term care regulations, health policy compliance, and dementia-specific care practices. Demonstrated expertise in nursing leadership, supervising multidisciplinary teams, and managing operational workflows. Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or those requiring specialized Alzheimer's or memory care services is highly desirable. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications for administrative tasks and reporting. Excellent financial acumen with experience in budgeting and healthcare financial management. Exceptional leadership skills combined with a compassionate approach to resident-centered care. Knowledge of assisted living operations, group home management, retirement homes, or residential care homes is advantageous.
