Youthful Aging Private Duty Home Care Youthful Aging is seeking an experienced Administrator to oversee our growing private duty home care operations serving Sarasota, Venice, and Manatee County. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic leadership team dedicated to delivering exceptional care to vulnerable clients while supporting and empowering our outstanding caregivers. The Administrator will provide strategic and operational leadership across all locations and report directly to the President/CEO. Key Responsibilities Provide overall leadership and oversight of daily operations, including clinical management, scheduling, payroll, billing, human resources, and administrative functions. Lead, mentor, and hold accountable department managers and reporting staff through hiring, coaching, performance management, and professional development. Oversee all direct and indirect patient care services to ensure quality, compliance, and excellent customer service. Monitor financial performance, including accounts receivable, payroll, operating budgets, and monthly variance reporting to the CEO. Analyze operational and financial data to identify trends and implement improvements that support organizational growth and financial stability. Develop, maintain, and update company policies, procedures, and operational standards. Foster strong communication and collaboration between all office locations and departments. Meet regularly with staff and leadership to coordinate activities, resolve challenges, and improve operational efficiency. Support nursing leadership by ensuring they have the resources and tools necessary to provide exceptional patient care. Oversee the staffing department to ensure appropriate caregiver coverage and continuity of care for clients. Lead all state licensing surveys, regulatory inspections, and corrective action plans. Develop, implement, and monitor Quality Assurance (QA) and Performance Improvement programs to ensure compliance and continuous improvement. Ensure effective systems are in place to identify deficiencies, implement corrective actions, and maintain regulatory compliance. Qualifications Education Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Nursing, or a related field required. Master's degree is preferred. Experience Minimum of 4 years of leadership experience managing a private duty home care agency preferred. Leadership experience within a Medicare-certified home health agency, assisted living organization, or other healthcare setting will also be considered. Computer Skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint). Experience with home care software platforms such as AxisCare preferred.
