Join Our Team We are seeking a creative and organized Activities Director to lead a resident-centered life enrichment program that brings purpose, connection, and joy to community life. What You'll Do Develop, implement, and evaluate a monthly activity calendar responsive to resident interests, abilities, culture, and preferences. Create programs appropriate for both assisted living and memory care residents, including individualized and smallgroup opportunities. Coordinate outings, celebrations, family engagement, volunteer programs, and community partnerships. Supervise, train, schedule, and support activity team members and volunteers as applicable. Collaborate with clinical and care teams to support resident service plans and individual needs. What We're Looking For Previous experience in activities, recreation, life enrichment, senior services, or a related field. Strong creativity, leadership, organization, communication, and program management skills. Preferred Experience Assisted living, memory care, dementia programming, or senior living experience preferred. Physical & Work Requirements Ability to stand, walk, sit, bend, reach, stoop, and perform the physical functions of the position for extended periods as needed.
