We are seeking an experienced Nursing Home Administrator to lead our facility, who is a dynamic, experienced licensed administrator in Georgia to lead and manage our skilled nursing facility. Our company is looking for a professional who shares our philosophy of love, care, and understanding and has a proven history of outstanding facility operations and survey compliance.

Responsibilities:

(not all-inclusive) Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the facility including management of the facility in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws. Develop and maintain employee relations and ensures the delivery of quality care. Monitors each department's activities, evaluates performance, provides feedback, and assists, observes, coaches, and disciplines as needed. Develops an environment that allows for creative thinking, problem-solving, and empowerment in the development of a facility management team. Establish facility budgets and financial goals. Ensure preparation compliance for regulatory surveys. Strategize with team members on census development and programs or services within the community.

Requirements:

Proven track record of leadership and team-building success. Should be a role model and willing to work with staff to ensure quality services are being provided. Must be able to problem-solve any concerns raised by residents, families, visitors, and staff. Must hold a current license, in good standing, issued by the Georgia State Board of Licensure for Nursing Home Administrators. 1 year of experience as a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator. Strong management and operation skills. strong math/budgetary skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
