Lead our amazing care team to provide the most compassionate and professional care, meeting all the rules and making sure our residents are thriving. Keep things in line with the Department of Community Health's regulations, always watching out for our residents' well-being. We Want You If You Are:

Bilingual in Korean & English. (preferred) Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Georgia Minimum four years of experience in a leadership role in long-term care, assisted living, personal care home, or skilled nursing A degree holder in a related field is a plus, or an Associate's degree with relevant coursework. Proven track record of providing compassionate and high-quality care to seniors A communication wiz with top-notch organization and time management skills. Experienced with supervising and mentoring staff. A people person with a genuine love for working with seniors. Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office Suite proficiency. Flexible and available to work weekends, holidays, and some overtime. Compassionate, hard-working, and ready to join our team!
