Job Description

Blossom Healthcare a nursing home in Macon, GA is seeking an experienced Licensed Nursing Home Administrator to lead their team of highly skilled professionals. The successful candidate will be expected to run the day-to-day operations of the facility in accordance with all federal, state, and local standards, and ensure that top -notch quality care is provided to our residents at all times.

The LNHA will be responsible for building census and continuing our tradition of providing excellent customer service while maintaining high employee morale, support, and excellent survey outcomes.
Qualifications:
2 years of experience as a LNHA in a Nursing Home facility. Must possess a current, unencumbered Nursing Home Administrator's license in the state of GA. Must have a thorough knowledge of survey process, state regulations and quality measures. Excellent written/ verbal communication and managerial skills. Must be able to resolve concerns raised by families, staff, visitors, and residents with a positive demeanor. Prioritize a person-centered culture. Capable of implementing systems and technologies that streamline workflow.
