Overview Join our passionate team as a Feline Care Manager, where your expertise in animal welfare and love for cats will make a meaningful difference in the lives of our feline guests. In this vital role, you will pounce on daily care operations, ensure the well-being of all cats, and foster a safe, nurturing, and peaceful environment. Your compassionate approach and dedication will help us provide exceptional feline (and little critters!) care services while promoting animal health and happiness. Duties Interact with hotel guests and customers in a professional manner with checking in/out in person, on the phone, and during the adoption process Handling guests` and Pounce`s property with respect and care. Clean and disinfect litter boxes to meet company expectations. Clean and disinfect all rooms to meet company expectations. Manage client emails and reservation requests in a timely manner. Maintain suite/store appearance by keeping rooms and equipment clean and organized. Treat customers, employees, and animals with kindness, respect, and compassion. Ensure all dishes are washed, filled with fresh water and food for all animals. Enrich the guest`s experience through picture taking via Pounce Hawaii owned property, playtime, brushing, etc. Keep animals comfortable while performing or assisting w/ baths, haircuts/styles, nail trims, brushing, de-shedding, ear/face cleaning, or other grooming/miscellaneous related services. Interact with cats through playtime, cuddles, petting, etc. Receive and keep track of inventory, inspect merchandise for quality, and pack/unpack products. Fulfill project objectives as directed by supervisors. Prepare and file adoption packets and adoption reports through Excel, Squarespace, and email. Create, administer, and maintain information on various reports, Acuity, Instagram, Facebook, Revelation Pets, Quickbooks and other necessary softwares. Set and disarm the alarm system while properly following opening/closing store procedures. Work independently in the facility and communicate effectively towards team members.

REQUIRED

availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays. Requirements At least one year's experience or background with a focus on feline care Strong animal handling skills Knowledge of animal behavior, welfare standards, and manual handling techniques specific to cats Experience working in pet care facilities or shelters catteries is highly desirable Ability to perform heavy lifting when necessary for cleaning supplies or equipment movement Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude towards pet owners and visitors Must demonstrate compassion for animals, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environmentJoin us in creating a loving space where every cat receives the highest quality care!
