As the Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) you will play a vital role in leading daily operations and driving high-quality, resident-centered care. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all daily operations as the Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations Lead, mentor, and support department heads and management staff Promote a culture of quality care, accountability, and teamwork Manage budgets, census, staffing levels, and operational performance Serve as primary liaison with surveyors, families, physicians, and external partners Implement policies and procedures to improve outcomes and operational efficiency Ensure resident rights, safety, and satisfaction are maintained
Requirements:
