We are seeking an experienced Regional Travel Interim Nursing Home Administrator to support our long-term care facilities during periods of leadership vacancy, transition, or operational need. This position will provide interim Nursing Home Administrator position is vacant and will also assist with compliance oversight and survey assistance. This is a regional travel position requiring flexibility, strong leadership skills, and the ability to quickly stabilize facility operations, support facility teams, and maintain compliance with state and federal long-term care regulations. Key Responsibilities for Region Travel Nursing Home Administrator Serve as Interim Administrator when a facility admin position is vacant Prepare facilities for survey readiness and regulatory compliance Assist with Plans of Correction, audits, and follow-up monitoring Partner with Administrators, Regional Operations, and Clinical Leadership to improve facility outcomes Travel to assigned buildings as needed based on vacancy, census, survey risk, and operational priorities Qualifications Active Nursing Home Administrator License Long-term care/skilled nursing experience required Knowledge of state and federal nursing home regulations Strong leadership, communication, and follow-through skills Ability to travel regionally and adapt quickly to facility needs Experience with survey readiness, POC completion, and clinical audits preferred Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary or hourly contract rate Mileage reimbursement Lodging reimbursement when overnight travel is required Meal reimbursement for approved overnight travel Licensure reimbursement as needed Health Insurance Dental & Vision PTO Holiday Pay 401k after 1 year of employment Opportunity to support multiple facilities and make immediate clinical impact!
