This role is ideal for a leader who thrives in a resident‑centered environment, builds strong teams, and ensures high‑quality care and regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities Provide overall leadership and direction for community operations, resident services, and team performance. Maintain compliance with state regulations and internal standards across Assisted Living and Memory Care. Foster a positive, supportive culture for residents, families, and staff. Oversee staffing, training, scheduling, and performance management. Partner with clinical and care teams to ensure individualized, person‑centered support. Manage budgets, occupancy, and community financial performance. Support engagement programs, customer service initiatives, and quality improvement efforts. Serve as the primary point of contact for residents, families, and external partners. Qualifications Prior leadership experience in Assisted Living, Memory Care, or related healthcare/hospitality settings. Strong understanding of state regulations and best practices in senior living. Proven ability to lead teams, manage operations, and build collaborative relationships. Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and organizational skills. Ability to balance strategic oversight with hands‑on operational support.
