In this vital role, you will oversee person-centered planning, coordinate services, and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations. Duties Develop and implement individualized care plans tailored to each resident's unique needs, preferences, and goals Supervise and coordinate multidisciplinary teams including nursing staff, social workers, and direct care providers to deliver comprehensive services Monitor residents' progress and adjust care strategies accordingly to promote independence, health, and well-being Ensure compliance with long-term care regulations, health policies, and safety standards across all operations Manage documentation related to resident care, incident reports, and regulatory audits with accuracy and timeliness Facilitate communication between residents, families, healthcare providers, and community resources to foster collaborative support networks Oversee medication administration procedures in accordance with healthcare regulations and best practices Skills Extensive experience in nursing home administration, assisted living facilities, or long-term care environments with a focus on intellectual disabilities or developmental disabilities Strong knowledge of dementia care, Alzheimer's care, memory care strategies, and resident's (personalized support plans) development Proven leadership skills in managing care facility teams, supervising staff, and overseeing operations management Familiarity with health regulation policies, long-term care regulations, and disability services standards Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications for documentation, reporting, and communication purposes Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities in residential or home & community care settings Ability to develop effective care plans that incorporate social work principles and healthcare financial management skills Knowledge of medication administration protocols and home care best practices Demonstrated financial acumen including budgeting, healthcare financial management, and resource allocation Strong management skills complemented by executive experience in senior living or retirement home settings Join us in leading compassionate care initiatives that transform lives!
