We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operator to oversee the daily operations of our assisted living community. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with seniors and a strong background in healthcare or hospitality management.Key Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate all aspects of community operations to ensure a high standard of care and service. Lead, mentor, and develop staff to foster a positive and productive work environment. Oversee resident admissions, assessments, and care plans with a focus on personalized resident services. Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and community standards. Collaborate with families, healthcare providers, and internal teams to address resident needs and concerns. Develop and manage budgets, resources, and policies to ensure financial and operational efficiency. Oversee the kitchen, laundry, caregivers, med techs, activities, scheduling , on a daily basis Responsible for tracking KPI's , performance , all quarterly reviews, hiring, and onboardingQualifications:
Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business management, or a related field. • Idaho Administrator License Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a management role within the assisted living or healthcare industry.
