Job Responsibilities:

Provide overall leadership and management of the facility Lead all day to day operations of the community in accordance with federal, state and local standards and nursing home policies Promote the highest degree of quality care for the residents All potential candidates must have: Minimum of 3 years as a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator Current Nursing Home Administrator License Prior experience in staff development (i.e.: hiring, coaching, performance management, discipline and delegation) A proven track record in census and revenue growth, as well as experience managing budgets and controlling operational expenses Competent in organizational and time management skills

Pay:

$100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
