Job Description

We are hiring an experienced and highly motivated Executive Director to lead the operations, growth and overall success of a Long Term Care Facility. This is a leadership and growth-focused position. A major responsibility of the Executive Director will be to build and increase the facility's resident census, strengthen community relationships, promote the facility's services and develop strategies that attract and retain residents. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong business development, sales, marketing operational and people-management skills who understands how to successfully grow a Long Term Care Community while maintaining excellent resident care and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilites:
Develop and execute strategies to increase resident census and maintain strong occupancy levels. Establish measurable census-growth goals and develop action plans to achieve them Monitor trends, leads, inquiries referrals, tours, admissions and move-ins and take corrective action when necessary. Develop strong relationships with current residents and families to encourage satisfaction and retention. Ensure quality resident care and regulatory compliance Ensure compliance with applicable regulations. Licensing requirements, healthy and safe standards and facility policies. Maintain a safe, welcoming, clean and resident-centered environment. Address resident and family concerns promptly and professionally. Oversees quality assurance and implement initiatives that improve resident experience and operational performance.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Prior Executive Director experience in Long Term Care Facility required Experience with budget development and financial oversight Experience managing regulatory audits and compliance initiatives Demonstrated problem-solving, decision-making, and assertiveness skills Passion for providing exceptional care and service
