ALIYA Healthcare Consulting is seeking an experienced Administrator to lead one of our skilled nursing facilities in Chicago, IL. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the facility's strategy, operations, and outcomes. Our Administrator will lead by example, fostering a culture of accountability, compliance, and resident-centered care.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Plan, develop, organize, implement, and direct the day-to-day operations of the facility and its programs Provide leadership and guidance to department directors, promoting teamwork and collaboration across departments Develop, implement, and maintain facility policies and procedures in compliance with regulatory requirements Ensure residents' rights, quality of care, and quality of life standards are upheld at all times Interpret and communicate facility policies to staff, residents, families, visitors, and regulatory agencies Participate in surveys and inspections conducted by authorized government agencies Oversee risk management, quality assurance, infection control, and performance improvement programs Monitor facility budgets, financial performance, and resource allocation to meet organizational goals Lead departmental meetings, training programs, and staff development initiatives Maintain confidentiality of resident information, including protected health information (PHI) Promote a culture of accountability, compliance, and resident-centered care Perform other related duties as assigned by the
