The ideal candidate will oversee all aspects of daily facility operations, ensure strict regulatory compliance, and cultivate a community focused on high-quality resident care. Key Responsibilities Direct daily operational, administrative, and financial performance for the facility. Maintain complete compliance with all local, state, and federal healthcare regulations. Recruit, mentor, and lead high-performing department heads and clinical teams. Drive census growth, manage facility budgets, and safeguard financial viability. Build positive relationships with residents, families, and local healthcare partners.

Qualifications License:

Must hold a current, active Illinois Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) license.

Experience:

3+ years of proven leadership experience as a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) in a long-term care or skilled nursing setting.
