As a Nursing Home Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest level of care and comfort for our residents while upholding our mission to build a strong foundation for a healthy community. About the
Role:
As a Nursing Home Administrator, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of Pearl Pavilion, including nursing care, activities, and Ancillary services. You will work closely with our dedicated staff to ensure that each resident receives the highest level of care and support, while also maintaining compliance with State and Federal regulations.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the overall operations of Pearl Pavilion, including nursing care, activities, and Ancillary services Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with State and Federal regulations Build and maintain strong relationships with residents, families, and staff to ensure a collaborative and supportive environment Hire, train, and supervise nursing staff and other support personnel Develop and manage budgets, including Medicaid and private pay components Ensure that Pearl Pavilion maintains its high level of quality care and service to its residents
