Oversee the day-to-day operations of the skilled nursing facility Lead and support department heads and facility staff Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations Promote quality resident care and services Monitor facility performance, census, and operational goals Build a positive, accountable, and collaborative team environmentQualifications:
Active Illinois Nursing Home Administrator License required Previous SNF/long-term care experience required Supervisory or leadership experience in a skilled nursing facility required Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skillsCompensationBenefits:
