We are an established, well-respected skilled nursing and long-term care organization in Southern Illinois is conducting a confidential search for an experienced Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) to lead the daily operations of one of its communities. This is an excellent opportunity for a leader who enjoys building strong teams, driving operational excellence, and creating a positive environment for residents, families, and staff. We are seeking an administrator who leads with integrity, communicates effectively, and has a passion for quality senior care. Responsibilities Provide overall leadership for the daily operations of the community. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations. Lead, mentor, and support department managers while fostering a positive culture. Monitor financial performance, budgeting, census growth, and operational efficiency. Partner with the clinical team to promote exceptional resident care and quality outcomes. Build relationships with residents, families, referral sources, and the surrounding community. Recruit, develop, and retain high-performing team members. Promote employee engagement, accountability, and continuous improvement. Qualifications Current Illinois Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) license required. Previous experience as a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting. Demonstrated success in regulatory compliance, team leadership, and operational management. Strong financial and business acumen. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Stable employment history with a track record of positive leadership.
