Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) Gallatin Manor NursingRehabilitation is seeking a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead our skilled nursing facility. This full-time leadership opportunity is ideal for an experienced administrator - or an individual eligible to obtain a temporary administrator license - who is committed to quality resident care, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence. We are looking for a motivated leader who can build strong teams, support department leaders, and drive positive clinical and operational outcomes.
