Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate CILA House Manager to lead and oversee the daily operations of our community-based care facility. In this vital role, you will ensure the delivery of exceptional person-centered care to residents with diverse needs. You will be responsible for managing staff, maintaining compliance with long-term care regulations, and fostering a safe, respectful environment that upholds residents' rights. Your leadership will drive operational excellence, promote team collaboration, and enhance the quality of life for all residents. Responsibilities Oversee daily facility operations, ensuring adherence to health regulation policies and long-term care standards Supervise and support care staff Ensure compliance with all licensing requirements, safety protocols, medication administration procedures, and resident's rights regulations Coordinate staff training on topics like disability services, memory care techniques, and resident engagement strategies Maintain accurate documentation using Therap Qualifications 2 years of supervisory experience managing multidisciplinary teams in residential or assisted living settings Familiarity with resident rights policies, medication administration protocols, and health regulation policies Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or in home & community care environments is highly desirable Strong leadership skills combined with excellent organizational abilities; proficient in Microsoft Office applications Join us to lead a dedicated team committed to enriching lives through compassionate care!
