You will:

Lead day-to-day operations and overall community performance Drive occupancy growth and maintain strong census Create an exceptional experience for residents and families Coach and develop department leaders while building an engaged, accountable team Oversee budgets, expenses, and financial performance Ensure the community meets operational, regulatory, and quality standards Build strong relationships with residents, families, team members, and community partners What We're Looking For We're looking for a leader who knows how to run a strong operation while creating a culture where people want to live and work. Executive Director or Licensed Administrator experience in senior living or healthcare Active Indiana Administrator License in good standing Strong leadership, operational, and financial skills Proven ability to engage teams and drive results Strong communication and relationship-building skills Bachelor's degree preferred Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record Why Silver Birch?
