We have the responsibility for assuring that active treatment is being provided to each client on a continuous basis. A critical role of this is position is to manage supported living sites and client programs. Your primary purpose is to develop, train and supervise staff, maintain staffing schedules and provide direct care to persons served at all assigned sites. This involves knowing each client's Person-Centered Individualized Support Plan (PCISP) and taking advantage of all on going, informal opportunities for "teachable moments", understanding the developmental outcomes of all activities; and adhering to the principles of normalization.

Other responsibilities include:
