You will oversee all aspects of the program, including budgeting, staff management, program growth, expense control, development of services, and continuous improvement of quality outcomes and productivity. This role requires close collaboration with an interdisciplinary team to drive performance and achieve organizational goals. Additionally, you will serve as a role model for professionalism and adherence to The Carpenter Health Network's policies and procedures, acting as a key communicator and the visible "face" of the hospital.
Requirements:
