Metairie, Louisiana | Full-Time Join Our Growing Team! Nola @ Home Care is a growing, locally focused company providing high-quality, non-medical in-home care services to seniors and their families. We are looking for an experienced, dependable, and compassionate Care Manager/Coordinator to join our team in Metairie, LA. This is a full-time position reporting directly to our Administrator. The ideal candidate will have previous office or administrative experience within the healthcare industry , excellent organizational and communication skills, and a genuine desire to make a difference in the lives of our clients and care team. What We Offer Competitive salary with bonus opportunities Health insurance Paid time off 401(k) with company match Opportunities for professional growth and advancement A supportive, collaborative, and positive work environment The opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of seniors and their families Qualifications To be considered for this position, candidates must have: Previous office, administrative, or coordination experience in healthcare, home care, home health, assisted living, or a related field A verifiable history of reliability, dependability, and stability with previous employers A valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to successfully pass a criminal background check and drug screen A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Flexibility and willingness to participate in an on-call rotation Key Responsibilities As a Care Manager/Coordinator, you will play an important role in ensuring the quality and success of our daily operations.
Responsibilities will include:
Ensure we consistently provide outstanding service to our clients, their families, and our care team members Assist the office team with the daily management of operational and administrative functions Conduct in-person client assessments and visits as needed Help maintain an efficient, professional, supportive, and positive office culture Provide timely support and guidance to field employees, including hands-on assistance when needed Recruit, interview, hire, onboard, and train care team members Assist with ensuring all new hires complete required training and onboarding in accordance with Department of Health regulations Help monitor and maintain compliance with company policies and applicable regulations Assist with scheduling, client coordination, employee support, and other operational needs Communicate effectively with clients, families, caregivers, and members of the office team On-Call Requirement This position participates in an on-call rotation of approximately: One weekday per week One weekend per month Flexibility and responsiveness during on-call periods are essential to supporting our clients and care team.
