Job Description
Executive Director | Senior Living Lead with heart. Inspire a team. Make a difference every day. We're looking for a dynamic, people-focused Executive Director to lead our senior living community with passion, purpose, and a little fun! As the face of the community, you'll bring together exceptional resident experiences, engaged teams, strong operations, and great business results, all while creating a place residents are proud to call home. What You'll Do Lead the overall operations of the community while keeping residents and their experiences at the center of every decision. Inspire, coach, and develop a high-performing, engaged team across all departments. Champion exceptional care and services, including memory care, dementia care, and resident-centered programming. Build strong relationships with residents, families, associates, referral partners, and the local community. Drive occupancy, sales, census growth, and community partnerships. Own the community's budget, financial performance, labor, and resource management. Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, safety standards, resident rights, and company policies. Oversee recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and retention. Partner with clinical and operational leaders to maintain quality, safety, and continuous improvement. Stay current on senior living best practices, regulatory requirements, and industry trends. What You Bring Leadership experience in senior living, assisted living, memory care, long-term care, healthcare, or hospitality. A genuine passion for working with and serving older adults. Strong business and financial acumen, including budgeting and operational management. Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and developing future leaders. Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills. Confidence navigating regulatory requirements, audits, and compliance. Bachelor's degree preferred; required state licensing/certification as applicable. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and everyday business technology. Why us? We're not your typical senior living company. We're a fun-loving, people-focused team that believes great care starts with great people. Here, leadership means more than managing a building, it means building a culture where associates feel valued, residents feel at home, and families feel confident in the care we provide. If you're ready to lead with purpose, grow a great team, and make a meaningful difference every day, we want to meet you!
