It's a permanent, full-time role in a close-knit Northeast Louisiana community where your leadership will be visible from day one. This role is for an Administrator who's already sat in the big chair. You know census, budgets, surveys, and staffing, and you know how to keep all four moving in the right direction. Assistant Administrator or AIT experience does not qualify. Active Louisiana Nursing Home Administrator license, or eligibility to get one Proven survey management experience Strong financial and census management skills A leadership style that builds stable teams Nice to Have Experience in rural or small-community facilities Turnaround or census-building success Bachelor's or Master's degree in Healthcare Administration or a related field Ready to Talk? for a confidential conversation.
