We are seeking an experienced Nurse Administrator to join our corporate leadership team in Andover, Massachusetts. This position will oversee clinical operations, regulatory compliance, quality assurance, OASIS accuracy, EVV compliance, and agency support initiatives across multiple home health organizations. The ideal candidate is a highly organized Registered Nurse with strong knowledge of CMS Conditions of Participation, home health operations, OASIS documentation, Medicare and Medicaid requirements, and healthcare technology systems including WellSky. Position Summary The Nurse Administrator serves as a clinical and operational leader responsible for supporting home health agencies in maintaining compliance with state and federal regulations, ensuring clinical documentation accuracy, optimizing reimbursement, and improving quality outcomes. The position works closely with administrators, directors of nursing, clinical managers, QA staff, billing teams, and executive leadership to ensure agencies maintain survey readiness and achieve operational excellence. Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesClinical Operations Provide clinical leadership and oversight to home health agency operations. Support agency administrators and directors in meeting clinical, regulatory, and quality objectives. Review patient care processes and recommend improvements. Assist with implementation and maintenance of clinical programs and initiatives. Ensure compliance with physician orders, plans of care, and documentation standards. OASIS Management Conduct OASIS reviews and audits for accuracy and compliance. Train clinicians on

requirements and documentation best practices. Monitor OASIS submission timeliness and quality measures. Identify trends affecting reimbursement, quality outcomes, and STAR ratings. Collaborate with agency leadership to improve OASIS accuracy and clinical performance. CMS requires OASIS assessments for Medicare-certified home health patients and maintains guidance through its

manuals. [cms.gov], [cms.gov] Regulatory Compliance Monitor compliance with CMS Home Health Conditions of Participation. Assist agencies with Medicare, Medicaid, and accreditation readiness. Support state survey preparation and corrective action plans. Develop and maintain policies, procedures, and compliance programs. Participate in quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives. Quality Assurance & Performance Improvement (QAPI) Lead clinical chart audits and ongoing compliance reviews. Monitor quality metrics and key performance indicators. Analyze adverse events, incidents, and quality concerns. Assist with QAPI program development and implementation. Provide recommendations to improve patient outcomes and agency performance. Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) Monitor agency EVV compliance and reporting. Ensure accurate visit validation and documentation. Train staff on EVV requirements and workflows. Investigate and resolve visit verification exceptions. Federal Medicaid requirements mandate EVV use for home health services that require in-home visits. [medicaid.gov] WellSky Administration Serve as a subject matter expert for WellSky Home Health. Support clinical workflow optimization within WellSky. Assist with data integrity, reporting, and documentation compliance. Develop training materials and provide staff education. Staff Development Train clinical personnel on regulatory updates and agency policies. Mentor clinical managers and field staff. Conduct competency assessments and clinical education programs. Support onboarding and orientation of clinical personnel. Minimum Qualifications Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license. Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) required. Master's Degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred. Minimum 5 years of home health experience. Minimum 3 years in a leadership, management, compliance, or administrative role. Extensive experience with Medicare-certified home health agencies. Strong understanding of CMS Conditions of Participation. Experience with Medicare and Medicaid regulations. Experience conducting clinical audits and quality reviews.
