Overview:

Key responsibilities include:
Oversee management and day to day operations of the facility Fiscal management through census development, cost controls, and stringent receivable collection. Participate in marketing activities while co-developing and implementing a marketing plan that achieves the financial goals and maintains high occupancy and premium case-mix through marketing strategies. Provide a positive work environment for staff. Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents and staff.
