Overview We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Alternate Assisted Living Manager to lead our 5 bed assisted living facility with enthusiasm and dedication. Duties Lead and supervise care facility teams, including caregivers, nursing staff, and administrative personnel, to ensure smooth daily operations Develop, implement, and monitor personalized care plans for residents with diverse needs, including Alzheimer's, dementia, and memory care requirements Oversee medication administration processes in compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards Ensure adherence to long-term care regulations, health policies, and resident rights laws to maintain accreditation and quality standards Coordinate with healthcare professionals and community services to provide comprehensive support tailored to residents' needs Foster a positive environment that promotes resident engagement, safety, and satisfaction through effective communication. Requirements Proven management experience within assisted living facilities or long-term care environments with supervisory responsibilities Extensive knowledge of dementia care, Alzheimer's care, memory care strategies, and resident's rights policies Strong understanding of healthcare regulations related to nursing home administration and residential care homes Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or those requiring specialized disability services Demonstrated leadership skills in managing diverse teams within healthcare or senior living settings Excellent organizational skills with the ability to oversee operations management effectively Knowledge of medication administration protocols and home & community care practices Experience working within an assisted living homeor group homes is highly desirable Must have an ALM License as of 7/1/2026 Join us as an Alternate Assisted Living Manager where your leadership will create a vibrant community that champions the dignity of every resident.
