Compensation:

$130,000 - $200,000

We are looking for an experienced Licensed Nursing Home Administrator to take full ownership of our skilled nursing facility in Ellicott City, MD. This is a full-time, on-site leadership role responsible for operations, census, staffing, budget, and survey and compliance readiness, with the autonomy to run the building and the support of a growing operator.

Qualifications:

Active Maryland Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) license in good standing Experience administering a skilled nursing or long-term care facility Working knowledge of census, budget, staffing, and the survey process Strong, autonomous leadership with a resident-first approach

Responsibilities:
